Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using this website www.psychiczoe.com (the “Site”), its links and/or purchasing any services offered herein (the “Services”), you (hereinafter, the “Client” or “User”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms”) in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site and Services.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property available on the Site, including, without limitation, text, graphics, images, logos, downloadable documents, and any other content or materials, are the sole and exclusive property of the Provider or its licensors, and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You as a user or client receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any copying, reproduction, distribution, exploitation or outside use of this Site content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
Eligibility and Age Restrictions
The Services are available only to individuals (user) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By using the Site or purchasing Services, the Client or User represents and warrants that they meet this age requirement. We the Provider assume no responsibility for verifying age and shall not be liable for any false representations made by you, the Client/Users.

Collectively referred to herein as the “Services.”
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and account holders of the Site, including but not limited to:

Purchasing, scheduling, or receiving psychic readings, energy work, or other related offerings (delivered by phone, email, video, or other platforms);

Using free or paid content, including articles, videos, downloads, and other materials provided on the Site;

Any future services, features, or platforms introduced by Providers.
Disclaimer: The Site and all Services are provided for entertainment purposes only. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. You, the client is solely responsible for your own life choices and actions. By engaging with the Services, you agree that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and well-being. You understand the Services are supplemental and do not replace professional services such as medical care, financial planning, or legal advice. No representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding outcomes or results are made by the Provider, and the Client expressly assumes all risks associated with the use of the site and services.
Accounts
If you, the Client create an account(s) on our Site, you shall:

Be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials (including but not limited to passwords or sensitive information), security, privacy and for all activity that occurs under your account;

Must provide accurate, truthful, complete and current information and promptly update it as needed;

Notify the Provider immediately of any unauthorized use of the account.

We, the Provider reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any account for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
Sales of Services, Payments and Authorization
All Services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

By providing us payment information, you authorizes us, the Provider to access and use the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us, the Provider to charge the full amount due to this payment method.
We, the Provider reserve the right to refuse, reverse or cancel any transaction if there is reason to believe that the transaction violates applicable law or these Terms and Conditions
Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds will be provided for subscription services on our site only if the subscription is cancelled before the next billing cycle begins. Once a billing cycle has started or a service has been delivered or begun under that cycle, no refunds will be issued.
Subscriptions
If any subscription-based Services/plans are offered, such subscriptions will automatically renew and will automatically be billed unless cancelled by the you, the Client or user prior to the renewal date. To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps: Subscriptions may be cancelled any time before it renews. Cancellations of subscriptions after charges have been processed shall not entitle you, the Client to a refund for the remaining period. Except as expressly stated herein, all sales are final. We, the Provider reserve the right to modify subscription terms at any time with new date stamp showing on the terms and conditions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we, the Provider, its directors, officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, licensors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, action, claims, loss, liabilities, expenses, legal fees special or other damages whatsoever arising from, related to or in connection with your use or inability to use the Site or Services, any reliance on information obtained through the Services; technical malfunctions, interruptions, or errors; or any other matter relating to the Services.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
We, the Provider are committed to maintaining you, the client's confidentiality in accordance with the Privacy Policy. While reasonable measures are taken to safeguard data, no electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed as completely secure. By using the Site, you acknowledge these inherent risks.
Indemnification
You, the Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, the Provider, its directors, officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, licensors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: your use or misuse of the Site or Services, your breach of these terms and conditions, or any violation of applicable law by you, the client.
Force Majeure
We, the Provider shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, illness, strikes, power outages, technical/technology failures, or interruptions in telecommunications or internet services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You, the Client consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located therein.
Sever-ability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. All other provisions will not be affected by the severance and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be deemed valid.
Amendments
We, the Provider reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Such changes shall become effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Continued use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of any such amendments/revised terms.
